Wow! We did it!

Hi! After many months of planning, editing and research the new website is up and running!Phew! I hope all enjoy the extra photos we included to give a better overview of the inn, some times it can be difficult to shoot a room but our photographer Murray Lee was wonderful! We just returned from a 3 day trip to Savannah,Georgia, a little interlude before the holiday madness and we ate our way through that City! The Sapphire Grill was great but I think our favorite was Elizabeths on 37th, a contemporary take on local southern fare! The City was delightful as always and we were so glad to see they had not succumbed to the marketing mania of the season and decorated all before Thanksgiving! We stayed at a sister Select Registry Inn, The Ballastone Inn. A wonderful and relaxing beginning for the holiday season. Now I will begin the dinner preparations for tomorrow! I am going completely traditional this year with Turkey and homemade cranberries finished with Apple pie and Pumpkin pie with ice cream and caramel sauce. We will start with a curried butternut bisque... one of my favorite fall soups!Oh I am so looking foward to the season! Found some new decorations in Savannah, am doing the dining room in snow flakes this year, all mercury glass and crystals... should be excellent for the tour of homes on December 12th! Will tell all about the dinner after Thanksgiving! Have a delicious and beautiful holiday!
